Sunday Morning Dance at Rose Hill Community Centre 10.30am-12.00pm. A place for us to explore the medicine of movement; to be as we are, supported and uplifted by incredible music from around the world. An invitation into your somatic, emotional intelligence, exploring embodiment, expression and connection.
Co-creating each class with your participation, discovering what can be included, released and transformed through moving the body in community. Everybody is welcome.
