Whether you are new to yoga, or have a long term practice and are looking for a new perspective; I'm offering 1:1 classes based on your needs and interests. I will be in touch ahead of meeting to assess our best approach. My personal interests include; therapeutic yoga for trauma recovery; increasing movement range and flexibility; breathwork to increase vitality; staying centred in breath/meditation; developing interoceptive awareness for self-regulation; chakras as roots for embodiment. An opportunity to meet online in your home - or wherever you are - for a tailoured 1:1. Focusing on yoga, self-acupressure or a combination, I'll be in touch ahead of meeting to assess your needs and interests. My focus is kindness to our bodies how we can tune into the acupressure points and have them in our resource toolkit to help us with with issues and emotions that affect our well-being eg. sleep disturbance/insomnia, stress, anxiety, anger, fear and worry.
