Focusing on yoga, self-acupressure or a combination, I'll be in touch ahead of meeting to assess your needs and interests. My focus is kindness to our bodies how we can tune into the acupressure points and have them in our resource toolkit to help us with with issues and emotions that affect our well-being eg. sleep disturbance/insomnia, stress, anxiety, anger, fear and worry.
